Getting new customers is a challenge but keeping them is another task entirely. 

Do you currently reward customer loyalty? If not, why not introduce this? 

If you do this on paper, why not move your loyalty platform to a digital format by placing it on your app. 

Customers can often misplace or damage loyalty cards but with loyalty points on an app this won’t happen. 

Whats more, with an app you get creative giving customers points, levels and perhaps even bigger rewards for more points like every 10th coffee free but an extra free coffee if they buy a coffee every day on certain weeks or if they buy two coffees a day.
